I ordered Microsoft Office 2003 professional OEM edition from Outlet Deal. I searched several different websites such as evaluesoftware.com, royaldiscount.com, nextag.com, prior to Outlet Deal. Outlet Deal had the best price on this specific product from Microsoft and they had it in stock, which was more important to me. From the standpoint of purchasing Microsoft Office 2003 professional product, I did not require any assistance from Outlet Deal's customer service. I did however, use their customer service for an explanation on a current promotion. It took the customer service agent less than two minutes to greet me. She fully explained the promotion and provided links to me so I could take advantage of the promotion. This particular agent was very professional, very eager to help, and provided excellent service to address my question and ensure it was answered correctly before going on to another customer. Overall, I was very pleased with the ease of navigation and the minimal effort to find what I needed on their website. I would recommend this website to anyone in the market for software.
Only one thing I saw on the website that would help find products slightly faster is to divide the microsoft products into 1 additional sub-category. IE when you select Office 20xx, I would like to see it divided into basic, standard, pro, etc.
