UPDATE: Ok, since first writing this review, I have waited patiently for my service agreement to end...boy, getting a signal is so difficult now. To top it off, I recently read that Cingular will be sharing their network with another phone company, meaning more calls dropped or no signal to make a call with. DO NOT USE CINGULAR!!!
When I first signed on for service, it was with Pacbell. I was very happy and had no problems. When the switch was made to Cingular (which I was able to tell from the display on my cell phone), my phone service became increasingly bad. I had a hard time picking up a signal even in areas where the signal should have been very strong. One weekend the signal would not work at all. In terms of customer service, the only complaint I have is that if you go to the store, be prepared to stand in line for a long time on the weekends. The pricing and everything else, I really don't have complaints about. Even the customer service has been good, but those things don't really mean much if you can't get a signal on your phone.
