Quicken Loans is the best-run mortgage operation I have ever used.  We have financed/refinanced through Quicken Loans multiple times.  We will not ever use another mortgage loan broker.  They are faster, cheaper, and keep us well-informed throughout the process.  Their rates are always lower than we could possibly get locally and typical length of process is three weeks.  We've never experienced that kind of efficiency with any other mortgage brokerage.  With the number of referrals I provide, you'd think they were my employer, but the people I refer them to are always pleased with their service.  I can't imagine anybody using Quicken Loans and subsequently going anywhere else for their mortgage needs.  They also provide a wider, more select, variety of refinance options than others.  That makes for huge flexibility in tailoring a personalized real estate portfolio, which is critical in these days of uncertainty in the financial markets.  Additionally, they are able to get the appraisal accomplished almost instantly, which is a great confidence builder--early in the process you know whether the deal will go through or not--anybody who has ever had a late appraisal that didn't meet expectations understands how critical this can be to closing the deal.  All-in-all, using Quicken Loans makes everything easier, no muss, no fuss.
