We truly enjoyed working with the professionals at Quicken Loans. We had refinanced our loan with them just over a year ago. They took the initiative to contact us recently with information showing that we could refinance our principal residence again, with little out of pocket expense and realize additional savings each month. They walked us through our then current loan and showed us how we would benefit from refinancing again so soon after our last refinance. The Quicken reps walked us through every step of the process by email and phone to quickly consummate the loan process. Every step was coordinated by them, and we were able to complete most of the process online. We found the Quicken team to be accessible, in-person by phone and rarely had to wait for a response if we got voicemail. We never felt alone or lost during what could be a confusing process. Customer service in America today is a dying art. With Quicken I spoke to Amercians who articulately gave me the information I needed, promptly, unlike the computer generated response systems, which are popular today, that are frustrating, time consuming and often result in no service at all. We always were able to connect to a human being quickly and easily. Addtionally, the loan product offered by Quicken Loans was competitive with others we had researched. They handled all details of the appraisal and closing with courteous, knowledgeable professionals.
