Target.com will not allow customers to cancel orders place on line, even if the shipping date is a week away. Even after talking to a supervisor (a total of 23 minutes on hold and 3 minutes of refusal), I was told to refuse the shipment when it was delivered. There is no option to cancel on their website.
The reason I was cancelling is because the item is on sale in their flyer this week, and they are not matching it on line. Naturally, I prefer to buy the item cheaper in my local store, and save additionally because there are no shipping fees.
