Dishonest company!!

Pros:Once set up the telephone authorization system worked ok.
Cons:Extremely poor customer serviceDon't abide by their contractsLots of hidden charges
I tried for 3 months to close my account because of their dishonest practices but customer service department was nothing but a bunch of clowns passing the buck. Meanwhile my account was being charged monthly minimums. Avoid this company at all costs! I am still fighting them!
