After scouring the internet for a beautiful ring for my mother's 50th birthday, I stumbled upon http://www.jewelsforme.com. As I really don't like shopping on websites that are not visually appealing, I was immediately taken by the site. All the items were organized in a clear, extremely user friendly way. I was able to sort all the rings by price, or by the shape of stone I wanted. I was also able to click on a ring and right below it, click on different stones to see what the ring would look like with different color choices. Every ring was also available in white or yellow gold, easily viewable by one click on a link. It was a pleasure going through the site and choosing my mother's ring. The store also has a big selection of earrings and pendants too, which I will be exploring for Christmas presents.
The prices at Jewels For Me are extremely reasonable and checking out once I had chosen my ring was a breeze. I immediately received an order confirmation and two days later, another email with my UPS tracking number. The ring arrived and was even more beautiful than I expected.
My mother absolutely loved the ring, however I ordered it a size too big. When I emailed the company with my request for a resizing, my email was answered within 10 minutes with a friendly and clear response on how to return it for a free resizing.
Once I returned the ring, I called the company 2 days later to see if they had received it and the customer service representative on the phone was as friendly and helpful as could be. I received my re-sized ring back in just over a week and it was perfect a fit.
