The refinance process with Quicken Loans was extremely efficient.  We handled almost everything online, except the closing.  It was very easy to use the Quicken website and it was so convenient to provide documentation electronically.  What used to take weeks and a lot of running around took a couple of days, and we used less paper, so that was a huge bonus.

The agents we worked with responded quickly and accurately to our questions.  We actually worked through various options, and even chose to wait for a better loan rate before choosing the loan we completed.  We were treated with patience and respect throughout the entire process, and never felt pressured to complete the loan.  Our agents explained the pro’s and con’s of the different loan options available to us, so when we made the decision on which term and loan type, we knew we made an informed decision.

We had the choice of the closing agent coming to our home or workplace.  We chose to have the closing done at our home, so that was very convenient for us as well.  The closing agent was respectful and efficient, and completed the closing very quickly.  We would highly recommend Quicken to anyone considering a new mortgage or a refinance.
