We refinanced our 30 yr mortgage down to a 15 year mortgage.  The rates were so low, our payments stayed the same.  The main reason to refinance was to remove our PMI.  Now we are going to save on interest by cutting the loan in half.  Quicken Loans made it so easy.  We logged on to the website, made an inquiry and someone called us back with the day.  The whole loan process took about 2 weeks.  They alwasy kept us informed on where the process was and the website allowed us to view the documents and print them out.   I was a mortgage loan secretary for 5 years at a local bank and the procedure for a loan was always long and sometimes overwhelming.  It would take about a month to close.  The customer usually had to do all the collecting of the paperwork; insurance, job verification, paystubs and etc.  Quicken Loans however made it so easy.  The did all the leg work.  They contacted the insurance company, the appraiser, my job for verification and the closer.  We even got to close in our own home.  We never had to travel and collect anything.  They accomplished it all in a very short amount of time.  We are so happy and pleased with the whole process.  I highly recommend Quicken Loans. Thank you Quicken Loans for making this process so easy and quick. I received a gift card for writing this review, regardless of whether I had a positive or negative experience.
