Everything was handled online or by phone, which is so much more convenient, and we had closing right at our kitchen table on our schedule, not theirs. The reps were very easy to reach both by phone or by e-mail and they were very responsive to our needs and questions. They explained all of the options and helped us choose the loan that was right for us.

The closing rep was also very good. She arrived about 15 minutes early and we were done in under 30 minutes. She was friendly and efficient. Before we knew it, the papers were signed and she was gone.

This was our second time borrowing through Quicken Loans. The first time was several years ago and was just as smooth as this time. I would definitely recommend using Quicken Loans to anyone needing a home loan. In fact, I have recommended them numerous times.

Once everything was done, I used the online system to make the first loan payment. That website was well organized and easy to navigate. It took no time at all to log on, view my statement information and schedule my payment, including an extra principal payment.

From beginning to end, the entire loan process with Quicken Loans was a breeze. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about their operation.
