We were very pleased with the way our Quicken Loan process worked, and with the result.

We were especially impressed with the way our process was handled by the same people throughout.  They were easily available by phone call to their specific extension, which saved lots of time since history did not have to be reviewed with each call.

Probably we would be rated as "difficult clients." We had many questions during the process, and asked that the loan be reconfigured several times.  Each time it was done cheerfully, and our questions were answered fully, patiently and accurately.  At one point, the representative thought that he had been rude on the previous phone conversation (he was not), and apologized on the subsequent call.  Our representative made absolutely sure that we understood every step and nuance of the process. 

After our initial inquiry, we checked some online reviews about Quicken and found a few negative ones, including a couple that made serious accusations of less than honest business practices.  Our experience, however, was excellent, and we suspect that those negative comments represent that small proportion of any firm's customers who would be perpetually unhappy under any circumstances.  We would definitely recommend that anyone looking for home financing at least inquire with Quicken Loans.
