I have used kingersons for going on 5 years now. I work in a motel, and they are who I purchase most everything through.
Pricewise they are best. Occassionally you may find what your looking for cheaper, on other small sites, and you are taking chances on the quality of their service and support with smaller sites.
But with Kingersons you get the best quality at lower prices. Their service is excellent. Not only is their web page fairly easy to navigate, but I can call and not only get prices if I need it, but also get recommendation on which products in a field are good, better, and best.
Their support is top of the line. I'm not going to lie and say they have never screwed up an order (when you are ordering at least quarterly for years, it's going to happen), but it is rare, and when it happens, it is fixed immediately. I have never had a problem with any of my orders.
Shipping is almost immediate. They tell you on their web page when they can ship the item (most things are same or next day) and even if I have them ship by ground (which they say can take 3 to 5 business days) it is usually there in no more than 4 days.
Overall, I have had great experience with this company. Their prices are competitive with most other store, and beat a large portion of them. They stand behind not only their products, but their service as well.
