I would like to give my opinion about the process of obtaining a mortgage loan from the Quicken Loan Company using online services.  It was done mostly online, with only a couple of phone calls to ensure communications were going as expected. The experience was much quicker and simpler than I had imagined it would be.  The agent was super nice and kept me informed about the entire process all along the way.  Whenever I had any questions or problems understanding anything, she would respond very quickly.The Quicken website was easy to navigate, and provided most all of the information necessary to complete the application process.  You just need to make sure to download the info in a PDF format or TIFF.    Entering the required information and document was very easy using the Quicken download program.  The rates offered were very competitive with the rates I had gotten from other lenders, both local and nationwide.  I would definitly recommend this to anyone considering a new loan.  They were upfront about the loan being transferred to another company after it was finished.  Overall, I was entirely satisfied with loan application process.  For those who don't think they can use the computer to download the required information,  you always have the option of mailing in hard copies of any of the required documents, but it is much faster when using the computer.  A copy function on the printer helps alot too.
