I have been ordering items from musiciansfriend since I started playing the guitar and I have never had a problem with them. They have always sent the correct items, I received them quickly, they have some great prices and a very large selection. I did return a wah pedal to them, and they were very helpful. Even their customer service was great to me.
The only complaint I have is when an item is on back order, it can take a very long time for it to be come in and be sent to you. Buyer beware when ordering items that are back ordered, it can take a week for them to come in or two months. Other then that, I have no complaints with them and they are one of the better
online dealers I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
