Filters arrived faster--two days, I believe--than with any other company I've ordered from in the past. Also, the packing was impeccable. I ordered three filters, which usually arrive in three boxes. In this case, each filter was in its own box, but the three boxes were shipped together in one mid-sized box. That's much appreciated; fewer boxes and less packaging to stuff into the recycle bin. Very satisfied.
