I enjoyed this one, too.
Possibly because I'm Jewish, love fried matzoh, and my best friend is Catholic. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool democrat and she's the republican. We love to talk about politics and religion, and we somehow simultaneously agree and disagree about everything, but still love each other.
Also, my Mom had esophageal cancer, too. She's an 11 year survivor. She had a difficult recovery, but she's doing wonderfully now. My heart goes out to you ~ I hope you continue to be filled with hope and humor.
