I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM (EVER)
BOUGHT AN EXERCISE MACHINE, AND CAME WITH PAINT CHIPPED OFF, IN LEG's CAPS BROKEN, (BOTH). I immediately, e-mailed customer service, and they did not wanted to exchange for a fair deal. (They just offered to send caps and paint to have myself painted the damages)...
what in the world is that kind of deal!??
I have paid for a BRAND NEW machine... (Beware you may not be getting what you expect when you pay for brand new stuff).
Since, I realized I was dealing with agents will not really care about, I just stopped wasting my time with them.
Thank you for the “great” service. (if you know what the quotation means).
