Dear Sir:
First of all, thank you so much for your email. We just finished an addition to our house so I needed several more blinds and replaced several that have been hanging for over 18 years, when we first built this house. That's a good long while, but they were starting to become very dirty on the back side. My only concern was that while I had one on back order, I ordered one in the same color and nearly the same size and that one arrived within a week and the other one is still on backorder. I just wrote to ask for an explanation which I did receive.
The other one on backorder was pushed back even farther so I changed the color. I greatly appreciate the 10% off promo code you gave me as I then ordered other blinds so they all match. I love the double cellular blinds as they are very efficient in the cold Iowa weather. And the top down bottom up is also one of my favorite features. I love these blinds and have them on eight windows in our home. I have referred a lot of people to you for a long time as I get so many comments on them.
To it sum it all up, I guess I would say that I think you have a great product and keep up the good work. Thanks again.
