Ulta.com is the worst online shopping experience.

Ulta is thoroughly ridiculous. I placed an order for some holiday gifts, and my order contained of 11 items, used a coupon for $3.50 off my order and everything came to a total of $14.40. The website initially wouldn't accept my order, which is when I should have just called it quits, but I wanted these items as gifts, so I called customer service. After about 4 or 5 phone calls, I finally got through to a customer service representative. The representative was nice enough, not overly helpful, but she placed my order so I figured everything was set. I received an e-mail from them the next day with an order summary of what I should receive, which listed all 11 items. The box I received only contains 4 of the items I ordered, with a total of $11.86. I NEVER got an e-mail nor did I get a phone call regarding the other items and why they are not in my order. I e-mailed them expressing my disappointment and frustration and I am going to try (who knows how successfully, given the lacking customer service) to get a full refund for not only my items, but shipping as well. I am extremely unhappy with this situation, and I can assure you I will not be ordering from Ulta again. I would much rather take my business to another company.
