I got Snapfish prints for my Christmas cards two years ago and found that the in-store prints I picked up through Walmart were way better than the ones I got shipped directly from Snapfish through mail. And why did I get my cards both shipped and as an in-store pick-up? There was an error when I checked out that resulted in the order getting processed both ways. When I tried to straighten this out, I couldn't find ANY customer service. All of the links through their site to customer service were broken, causing my browser to launch a never-ending cycle of new windows with error messages. And the email I sent to the customer service email address listed on their website came back as undeliverable.
This year, I went through Snapfish again. I had forgotten about my fiasco of before, until I had placed my Christmas card order, and then realized I had not included a special photo in the card. I immediately tried to retract the order, which their website says you can do within 24 hours, but all the same issues as from 2 years ago reoccurred! I'm on a different computer now (then a PC, now a Mac), connected to a different internet network in a different city. I don't think the issue is me! I tried their website links to customer service and got the barrage of error windows. I tried the email listed on their website and it came back undeliverable. I have the cards now, and the photos are too dark and the envelopes are practically tissue-paper thin.
I will NEVER use Snapfish again.
