Pros:Faster than dialup
Cons:Everything else. A perfect example of how bad an unregulated monopoly can be.
This is almost as slow as dialup, and far less reliable.
Customer service is abysmal. No speak English. Well, almost. They will hang up if you have difficulty understanding them.
