Better hope you don't have a problem with your juicer, because if you do have any sort of a problem, beware!
I received the cheaper version of the juicer than I had ordered and have been trying to return it for a full refund.
I was informed by Jack LaLanne's customer service rep, that they would have to review the initial recorded conversation and get back to me.
After waiting a week, I telephoned them again.
I was informed that they would refund my money including the original shipping charge, and that they would send me a postage paid label via email.'That was on in November.
It is now December 17th.
I have yet to receive my label, or my refund.!
When I phoned customer service, which is mostly in India, on December3, I was told I'd receive my label with 48 hours.
NO LABEL!
I spoke with "John" at extension 2012 on the 5th.
Another label was being sent.
AGAIN...NO LABEL!
On the 7th, I spoke with "Kyle", #T05. Another was being emailed.
NO LABEL!
On the 13th, I spoke with "Lisa", no #, no extention. (She's just Lisa from customer service).
Re confirmed my correct email address.
again...48 hours. ..
AGAIN, NO LABEL!
Spoke to Brian & then Sam (x2018) on the 14th.
AGAIN, USELESS!
On the 16th, spoke to Kevin (#019). told I should have it by evening.
TODAY IS DECEMBER 17th.
Today I spoke with Gary Williams & his supervisor "Peter". At this point, not very nicely!
Now, they are going to put it into snail mail to me.
TIED UP MY MONEY AND WASTED MY TIME...FOR ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD REASON!
Do yourself a favor...buy it on ebay or Amazon if you must! You'll get a much better buy, and at least you have the opportunity to rate the seller!
