I recently completed a refinance of my existing mortgages with Quicken Loans. They offered the best rates while covering all of my closing cost. No out of pocket expense, with the exception of my escrow payment. Was always there to answer any questions and if they missed your call, they always called you right back. Knowing that it's not commission based, the sales team never pressured you into making a decision right away. When time for closing came, it was very prompt and everything was explained to me. I really like the fact that any signature pages were able to upload on site instead of faxing over.
I spoke with other companies to get a refinance, but none could match what Quicken offered. Forget about the big banks, they are not willing to help anyone out what so ever. You have to default and ruin your credit score before they step in. With Quicken you never had that problem. Even if your situation is complicated, most likely they will have a program to help you out. You can't get better than this. I would recommend Quicken to my family and friends. They are generally have your best interest in mind. Thank you again.
