I was VERY skeptical about using an online loan company, but Quicken Loans is absolutely the BEST!  We had a great experience throughout the process.  The knowledge level about FHA Streamline Refinance loans is top-notch.  Not one bank or other company knew all of the ins and outs, but QL did.  The process took us a little longer than expected, but that was due to a hold-up from our own bank. 

Someone was always in contact with us to let us know what the status of our loan was and the online section was fabulous in helping us upload documents, track the progress, and communicate with our team.  I can't say enough good things about Quicken Loans.  I have NO regrets whatsoever in using them.  We got the best rate we could get and dropped our monthly payment more than $200 per month.  Yes!

The only negative that I could even mention is that half-way through the process, the main person on our account was changed due to an expiring license in Florida.  The new person was good, at first, but on one occasion I was frustrated about something I didn't understand and she didn't handle my frustration very well.  Instead of just moving forward and trying to help me through it, she wanted to get defensive.  In the end, I chose to finish the deal with the supervisor as my contact, but it was still a great process.  I was probably a little rough on the lady, but oh well.  It worked out in the end.

I received a gift card for writing this review, regardless of whether I had a positive or negative experience.  I had to state this in the review, but it had no bearing on my review.  I had a great experience with Quicken Loans.
