I had a great experience on a refi of my current mortgage.  Rate was great, closed in under 25 days.  Large team of Quicken professionals were in regular communication with me all along the way.  They use a sofisticated system of posting PDF documents to an online account page so that everything that needs to be signed, read, reviewed or is due from the applicant is clear and easy to find.  It is sofisticated but equally easy to use so there should be no fear.  I was also able to have my closing in another city since I travel a lot. 
 I search around and found Quicken to be my choice for a number of reasons.  Closing costs were low compared to other mortgage brokers that I researched.  My account executive was clear and helpful.  He went out of his way to research various loan options to get me the best monthly rate possible, which was my stated goal.  They have a wide network of appraisars to visit but I did find the appraisal fee higher than in previous refi's that I have done.
