The worse Online experience Ive ever had shopping on-line

This has been without a doubt the worse experience I have ever had the dipleasure of going through on a online site.First of all I ordered 2 products from them because the shipping of two orders were almost the same as one.I got a confirmation E-Mail about 1/2 hour after I placed my order I then went to work aabou 6 hours later I recieved another E-Mail stating that part of my order was cancelled It was the Item I had originally went to the site to order The shipping howver stayed the same which meant I was paying 110% for shipping I called CS and asked what had happened to my order they told me the Item was out of stock I asked why it would be still on thier page if it was out of order he said I should always call them to make sure it was still available. I was like HUH?? I then told him I was on the page and it still says its availableHe said it needs to be updated . I then said I want to cancel me entiure order as I really just added the second thing on and if I didnt get the original thing I ordered than I didnt want to pay 23 dollars shipping for a 21 dollor product He said it was to late it was already shipped I said NO I have the tracking number and its still in the warehouse he said there is nothing he could do I could just refuse the package and have it returned ..Ok so why is the full amout still on my credit card He didnt know I asked for the supervisor The supervisor a Mr.Baker said we had to wait till I recieved the package before anything could be done about the charge that was pending on my account He did say he would reduce the shipping charge to a reasonable amount so I said I would go ahead a buy it. Its 4 days later and I recieved a package from ecost and it was the wrong item Now I ordered 2 ,things got none, and cant use my credit card till he take the pending charges off This was supose to be a Christmas Present and I now have 4 days to buy something else
