The WORST Internet Buying Experience I've EVER ENDURED

Simply put, these folks are the WORST. I purchased shades from them on December 4th of this year. TEN DAYS LATER they inform me via an email that the "material" was on Back Order and they would not be able to ship the shades until December 20th. SO I told them to cancel my order and I would make other arrangements. They sent me an email confirmation of the cancellation. THE VERY NEXT DAY I receive yet another email informing me that the manufacturer had apparently aquired the "material" and could ship the following day IF I was still interested. NO I was not as AGAIN I had already made other arrangements with a local shop at a PREMIUM so I could count on having them NOW. Finally, the next day I receive yet another email giving me a shipping confirmation for an order I'd already CANCELED two days earlier. Their Customer Service has CONTINUED to LIE to me ever since I canceled the order. According to them, as of Tuesday, December 14th a "credit" to my Credit Card account was issued BUT as I'm puttting this "review" together, Monday, December 20th, these MISFITS still HAVE NOT initiated ANY credit to my account. They are both THIEVES and LIARS and needless to say they will NEVER be given the opportunity to STEAL from me again. Will ultimately have to look to my Credit Card company for the proper resolution. UNACCEPTABLE !!
