It's not addressed at anyone in particular. It's more about some different stereotypes. While there is one girl who was the main inspiration, there's also a few others referenced here.
I didn't write this so I could give it to a girl and break her heart - sorry if that's how it reads. I wrote out to get out some exeriences I've had over the last few years and get some closure on them. It's about acknowledging why certain types of girls are bad for me, putting those experiences behind me and looking to whatever the future holds.
Thanks for the feedback, and I hope this comment clarifies the poem for you. I have another piece that's a bit like a sequel to this, which I was going to post in a few days, but I'll see what kind of reaction this gets, I may post it sooner.

I'd hate to be the person this is addressed to. I understand what you're saying - but it's very harsh-sounding. There's probably a gentler way to let someone down.
