Going with Quicken Loans was the best decision we have ever made regarding our home.  We tried several different companies who advertised on television and online, but fioud out that they were not so easy to work with. They just did not want to talk to us after the first five minutes.  Quicken Loans was a final effort and after five minutes, we almost gave up on them as well.  They talked to us and really dug for information while other companies were not interested in doing a refinance for us. Even though our credit was impeccable and in the 800's, the market plunge really took away from our equity. We felt that if we could just get past that, things would work.  We wanted to take advantage of the low interest rates, but found it difficult to find someone to refinance with.  Quicken Loans found a way for us to refinance and made it the easiest experience we have ever had.  Most information was exchanged via fax or through their user-friendly website. They even sent someone to our house for the closing so that we did not have to miss any work.  With certainty, I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They took something that has been complicated in the past into an experience we both felt was pain-free.
