Trying to find that perfect gift for the holidays can be daunting but think I have the perfect gift that won't stress the pocketbook for most and is multi-purpose and very cool to own.
By chance I won an 8gb Apple ipod Nano on the Epinions web site last month. I was one of twelve people who received the iPod Nano for free in September/October as winners in a Sweepstakes. Lucky me and the others.
I immediately gave the gift to my wife because I already owned a 60gb iPod that I won on Epinions a couple of years ago. In some ways I wish I kept the ipod 8gb Nano. After having it in our household about a month I learned what it could do. Amazing!
I'll also mention that the trend is to have the smaller iPods like nthe Nano rather than the larger capacity electronics of the 30 and 60g iPods. Some people may need the larger capacity especially if a great amount of video storage is a must but most people now look for the smaller sleek design that still has a good amount of storage and packs a ton of very cool features.

My wife has started putting her own personal library of music on the new Ipod nano I gave her, most of which she gets from the CDs she once listened to through her bulky DVD player and having to carry the CDs around with her. No more!...and now many more features built in too!
