I too was disappointed with my Filson winter coat order experience via Working Person's Store and had this cancelled. After placing my order several weeks before Christmas, I received an update notice the following week that a shipment would be ready around December 30. Several days later I received an e-mail that my credit card was declined and to check with them for details. I called my credit card company who confirmed everything was okay and a charge was made against this card the day Working Person's e-mail notice was sent to me. I did talk with some one in customer service who said the decline status was still in effect because my credit card company did not release funds to them yet. They said if I would contact my credit card company again and have them authorize payment through authorize.net that they would finish processing my order claiming product was in stock and ready to ship. I then advised Working Person's to cancell my order based on my frustration with their earlier shipping delay due to inventory, and difficulty with their customer service experience. Not trusting these folks with my verbal cancellation via phone, I called my credit card company to advise that I cancelled this order.
