Repeat cutomer with no end in sight!

I have been shopping on PricePoint since 2007 with absolutely ZERO incident. I had to return one item but it wasn't due to their error. I ordered MTB shifters which I realized would not work after test mounting on my bar. I repackaged the item as it came, and they had no problem accepting the return.
A while back I had purchased a Sette bike from them and then a year later was looking for the photos and specs on it (it was stolen), which were nowhere on the web. The info had long since been removed from PricePoint's site so I emailed them. The gentleman that responded was quite helpful, informing me that he would look into it. A couple days later I received a mail from him that they had nothing on it, but he was forwarding my message to Sette. Unfortunately, they had no info any longer either, but the net effect was a positive experience.
Overall I am very pleased with the store. The product availability is very good, though there are gaps in some groups(ie. low and highend models, but no middle). The prices are very competitive on 95% of all their products. I have only seen one or two items that were priced same or higher than other retailers. However, they have a price match guarantee so I supposed that is a moot point. Ordered items have always gone out the door quickly just as promised. It is the first place I look whenever I need an item for my bikes and have recommended it to others whenever possible.
