Happy Holidays! I'm writing to tell you about the warm and courteous service I received from Mary D. I ordered the Waring half-sized oven in early December, with the intention of using it to cook my Christmas dinner. However, Katom was out of stock. After trying one other online seller who was also out of stock, I came back to Katom and told Mary I'd rather wait until Katom had another in stock, since she seemed so genuinely concerned that I receive my oven as soon as possible.
By this point, I had made a back-up plan to cook my bird in a different apartment in my building, so I was just hoping to use this oven eventually. Mary wrote back every few days with her updates. On Dec 22nd, she left me a voicemail saying she had one in stock, and would I like to upgrade to 2-day delivery? By the time I phoned her back a couple hours later, she had looked up my zipcode and found I was already in the 2-day delivery zone. She had my order processed and it was out the door by 10pm on the 22nd. We watched that UPS tracker like NORAD tracks Santa, and lo and behold, at 4:30pm the day we were cooking dinner, our oven arrived. It was a Christmas miracle!
The kind of personal attention and genuine care I received from Mary D is increasingly rare these days. I wanted to make sure you knew how appreciated it was!
