Pros:I guess it's OK for old floors.
Cons:Misleading labeling, people end up using it on new floors, disaster.
The Bottom Line: Use on old worn floors only, not, I repeat not new prefinished or newly refinished floors.

Making a product selection can be a difficult task. The misleading wording/advertising on the product label can be difficult to decipher. This product is not, I repeat not, for new prefinished floors or newly refinished floors. This product is for old warn floors, probably in need of refinishing. That's where the problem comes in, this product contains polish, some sort of polymer or plasticizer that fills cracks and renews the shine. Unfortunately it is hard to get off if you mistakenly use it on the wrong type floor. I am a professional contractor and an avid woodworker and have installed and finished many custom hardwood floors. Unfortunately my favorite customer made the mistake of buying this product. Disaster, her very expensive Brazilian Cherry floors ended up looking like crap. What was her pride and joy now was an embarrassment. She called me in, don't believe the writings on the bottle or in these reviews about getting this off with ammonia or vinegar. Doesn't work. I slaved for about 15 hours testing different products and scrubbing mopping etc. In the end I had to use Lacquer thinner to remove the haze. Do not use Lacquer thinner or anything else remotely close to it unless you know what you’re doing. These types of products dissolve finish and could ruin your floor. If you can’t get it off call a professional, there is too great of a risk here to take on yourself. I understand your situation and you think with the right product and some elbow grease you can solve the problem. If you decide to do this yourself, test, test, test the product in an area not visible before you commit to do the whole floor. The only reason I was willing to go to this length to clean off the residue was that I was totally beside myself and thought the makers of this product should be arrested; and if I ruined the floor I had the equipment and skills to refinish it. Well after a couple of hours of cleaning the floor using Lacquer thinner on a clean rag, changing rags every 6 square feet, the floor looked like new again. Expensive mistake will never happen again.

What you want to buy is wood floor cleaner, nothing that says restores rejuvenates or refinishes in the description. A mistake my client will never make again.
