Pricepoint is really cheap, but they p$ssed me off over the years by shipping me the wrong item, posting incorrect weights and having terrible customer service. This company shaves cost by not telling you the full story about the product... you might get a fork with chipped paint ripped off an installed bike, Avid brakes with no box, the wrong brake slapped in a different box (since they apparently re-use them). If you have a problem, good luck getting them to refund shipping costs.
