To be elected, Obama (or anyone else running for office) needs the votes of a majority of those voting. But if non-voters are counted as having voted "no" and, as in Obama's case, outnumber those who did vote, they make up the majority -- a majority that would have been automatically counted as having voted against or "no" to Obama.

I fail to understand the logic.

Republicans are partying until next election since there is no economy. We are also busy hiding our money to keep the socialists from finding it.
