the process of the order said oophs your order didn't go through and your card was not charged,on contacting customer service immediately upon the whoops and telling them I could see the bank charge they said I'd have to take it up with my bank, I in fact received a double order and was charged twice but customer service only showed tracking for 1 order & 1 charge
What product did you purchase or try to purchase? kids magic costume for xmas
