Horrible experience. Even after 45 days I dont have the camera

I placed order for camera (invoice number 24140) on 19th November and I am still waiting to get my camera after 45 days. I was told that the camera has been delivered on 22nd November but I never received it. Fumfie started investigation with UPS on 26th Nov. and UPS completed its investigation on 6th Dec. I called Fumfie on 13th Dec. and after much arguing I was told that they will ship the camera ( invoice number 27761). I waited for 10days and then I called them. I was told that they are still waiting for UPS to send the cheque whereas on 13th dec. I was clearly told that they are shipping the camera right away ( they even mailed me the invoice).I kept calling them and finally they said that they received the cheque but now they want me file a police report ( why couldn't they tell this earlier), get the processing done by the bank and then they will send the camera. So it has been 45 days and I still dont have the camera. The customer service is extremely rude and they tell me a new story everytime I call them.
I would not recommend my enemies to get anything from Fumfie leave alone my friends. Going to the police station right now to file a report for missing camera which I have never seen.
