Quicken Loans was a wonderful company to work with in servicing our home loan. We researched both traditional loan servicing companies and Quicken loans, but ultimately decided that Quicken Loans would be the best fit for our family. They have great customer service and walked us through each step of purchasing our new home. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and worked hard to make sure that everything was perfect all the way down to our closing date.

Over the phone interactions and e-mail communication with knowledgeable loan officers and customer service personnel make up for the fact that they do not offer face to face communication. We were impressed with their competitive interest rates and rate locking time frames; however, we were most impressed with how quickly and easily everything fell into place. Everything from the application to the closing was a smooth and painless process.

Their website is an essential tool in streamlining the entire process. It is user friendly and easy to use for uploading the documents required for loan application and processing. It was also an invaluable tool for communicating items needing to be completed or documents needing to be uploaded.

Overall we were extremely happy with Quicken Loans and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.
