I will go to ResellerRatings.com and rip them a new one. I didn't know about that site but 6 months after that fiasco, I am still very sore about it. Anyway, thanks again.

Androoos, I hope you went to www.resellerratings.com and tore mwave a new one! Your experience with them was despicable! I stopped using mwave a while ago after hearing many horror stories about their customer service, especially involving returns. I only buy major components at newegg.com now because of their flawless customer service and return policy.
