The Easton fiber plus is very much like the other wood blades in Easton's product line. What makes it different, as well as a bit better than the other Easton Wood blades is that it is reinforced with graphite, kevlar and glass. This results in a much stiffer and stronger wooden blade. Like all easton blades in general, these blades are very well-made and durable. These in particular are about as durable as you can expect a wooden blade to be. The only cons I can think of are that this blade is heavy by modern standards, and you have many better options to choose from in the composite blade lines. These blades sell for $20 or so now, so it really makes no sense not to spend the extra $8 to step up to a composite blade that has better performance and durability. If you feel like using wood though, there are few better than this.
