We ordered a $240.00 dust mite barrier cover for our mattress. We correctly measured the mattress and ordered the correct size. We were sent a cover too small for our mattress--we even measured the new cover and it was clear they had sent the wrong size. On calling, they didn't want to take it back because it was already opened by us--as if we could see if it fit without opening the package. Finally, they agreed that if we sent it back they would measure to see if it was indeed the wrong size. They finally sent us the correct size but we had to pay for shipping the wrong one back to them. In effect they seem to not really have a return policy and are not set up for customer service.
