My husband introduced my five year old son to football this year and he fell in love. I'd searched all fall for the right shirt for him without success. Finally, just a little over a week before Christmas I ordered him a New England Patriots t-shirt from NFLshop.com
The Website
NFLshop.com is a well designed website. Tabs at the top let you shop by team or style, including jerseys, men's, women's, kid's, hats or collectibles. Zoomable full color photos of nearly ever item makes it easy to know what you are getting before you order. NFLshop.com accepts American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard. You are not required to create and account to shop at NFLshop.com.
My Experience
Shopping for my son was a breeze. I selected his team, the Patriots and then Kids. From there I was given more subcategories to further narrow my search including, boys, girls, newborns, toys and games, custom apparel and school supplies. I scrolled through the clothes in his size until I found him a red t-shirt since he had rejected every blue, white or gray t-shirt we had seen since September; holding out for a red one. I thought $16 was reasonable for his shirts, and I was just happy they did not have a Danny Woodhead youth jersey in red because I think I might have caved and spent the $60 on that. The selection even a week before Christmas was still great and I actually had a couple of items to choose from. If you can put a logo on it NFLshop.com probably has it.
The ordering process was easy. I added the shirt to my cart, entered my credit card information and completed my order was done. I did opt to create an account because I am sure I will be ordering from NFLshop.com in the future. I received an email confirming my order and one when it shipped. I ordered the shirt late on a Wednesday evening, took advantage of their free shipping offer and had the shirt in my hands on Monday afternoon, plenty of time for Christmas. The shirt is far better quality than I expected, nice and heavy. So far his favorite shirt has been washed at least 6 times and so far no fading of the bright red color and no pealing of the graphic.
I am quite pleased with my NFLshop.com experience. I received exactly what I ordered at a reasonable price. And most importantly they had exactly what my son wanted, a red New England Patriots t-shirt. When he outgrows this shirt I will save the trouble of searching local store and just order him exactly what he wants from NFLshop.com.
