DO NOT buy from TicketsNow or Tickemaster!!!

I purchased 2 tickets from TicketsNow 5 days before the event, the company called to tell me the tickets I purchased were unavailable because they had been sold to someone else...despite being posted as available on their website (they still charged me for the tickets). Although the tickets I bought were unavailable, they told me that they would be able to sell me different tickets. They informed me that the reason that the tickets that I originally thought that i purchased were sold because there was a problem running my credit card and that they (Tickemaster/TicketsNow) have to reissue a barcode number from the orginal tickets and inbetween the time of when I ordered them and my credit card "problems" the tickets were sold to someone else (even though my bank transacted the purchase the excact same day and time that I purchased them from their website).
I should also mention (and this is were it gets to be fraud;in my opinion) that they tried very hard to get me to purchase tickets at a higher price than what i originally paid and that they would have to rerun my credit card for the new tickets!
After remaining calm and talking with the rep. I did get tickets for cheaper (although not in the same location). I had to plead with them to use the money that had already been deducted from my credit card as payment and refund the difference.
I was told that I couldnt get a confrimation number and that it would take up to 7 days to refund the difference (the reason why i did not just ask for a refund altogether).
I have bought tickets from a private broker as well as StubHub before and never had any issues.
I will not be ordering tickets from Ticketmaster (they own TicketsNow) or TicketsNow ever again.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about my experience.
Bottom line.....do not use TicketsNow...their actions in this experience were insulting and possibly illegal!
Save yourself the heart and headache.
