I have nothing nice to say about Barnes and Noble. I can deal with part of my order being canceled by the seller because of a lack of availability of the item, however when I'm still charged for that canceled item I start to get upset. I had messaged their customer service twice (tried to call in a few times and got the run around) so I figured maybe the third time will be the charm and messaged a third time, have yet to see a response.
I was notified that part of my order was canceled because one of the books I ordered was no longer available. I was told that I was not charged for this canceled item however my bank account says that I was charged for it. The new total Barnes and Noble gave me was 161 and change, however my bank account says 201.83 was charged instead of the new total. I'm not happy I was still charged the full amount for my order even though they canceled part of it and claimed that I would not be charged for those canceled items.
These guys are unreliable (they do not keep accurate inventory or else this wouldn't have happened) their customer service literally does not exist and they lie flat out lie, they say they'll not charge you for a canceled part of an order but do it anyways, I'm now out about 40 bucks. BIG THUMBS DOWN
