Pros:Easiest cleanup for charcoal grill & great flavor!

Cons:Vent on the lid are hot be careful when closing after cooking

The Bottom Line: You will be cooking year round so always make sure to cover the grill after it has cooled to help maintain the grill.

If you are like me and think of grilling outside on a gas grill is no different than cooking inside then the Weber-Stephenson 26.75 charcoal grill is for you.

The option of indirect cooking makes it easy to place the food on the grill and just let it cook to preferred doneness.  The large grill area allows you to cook more than one item at a time.  In fact it allows you to cook an entire meal at one time, something the smaller grills on the market do not.

The baffles on the grill kettle and on the lid allow you to control the cooking temperature and the thermometer on top always lets you know the temperature inside the grill.

Once you are done cooking you can also use the baffles to close off the air to the kettle and allows you to save any of the briquettes that have not completely burned through for the next time

One of my complaints with other grills is that there is no easy way to clean out the charcoal ash but with the Weber 26.75 clean up is done very easily by using  a simple lever that will force ash down into a container that is attached to the kettle of the grill.  The container is large enough to allow you to use it 3-5 times before it needs to be emptied.

Although the price is around $290.00 I highly recommend buying it in the fall when almost all the stores are trying to sell summer products at a discount.  But do yourself a favor and don't just purchase it and put it in the garage waiting for the weather to warm, because there is nothing better than impressing your friends in the middle of the winter than serving them a grilled out meal.  It's that easy!!!
