SquareTrade is a great company. I purchased a 3-year Accident Protection Warranty when I bought my new iPod Touch. A few months later, I dropped it in a puddle, and it became waterlogged. I filed my request, and they sent me a shipping label, and I sent my iPod in. About three days after they received my iPod, I received a full $300 refund! My only complaint is they first said they were going to send me a box to ship it it, and a few days later they sent me the shipping label.
