Purchased a Nook Color at Christmas for my wife. We are avid readers- average 2 to 3 novels each per month. She has had nothing but problem after problem. The device is sluggish and the aps are not user friendly. I have called technical support 3 times and have had an average wait time of 30 minutes. I ordered 3 nook books January 15th using my BN account not realizing the books- though literally ordered on my wife's nook- could not be downloaded on her device as it is registered to her account. Waited 2 hours for books to download, called customer service who explained the order could not process. Was promised a refund the next 5 business days. The refund never occured. Call 7 days later not one note from our 20 minute conversation was entered. I was then told the only way I could get a refund was to ist purchase the books through my wife's BN account due to the books being downloaded. I asked where the books were downloaded as we only have the one reader- the rep was clueless! This is the "worst" electronic device experience the technically savvy family has encountered. I strongly recommend not buying this garbage!
