Positive experience with the return policy

Given the other reviews about Overstock.com's bad return policy, this is a review on that same topic. I recently had to return two out of three women's skirt suits that I purchased from Overstock.com. I was unable to process both returns on one label through my account, so I went online to their live customer chat and asked for the agent to create a return label and RMA so that I could return both suits in one package and pay only one shipping fee. The agent was helpful and almost immediately emailed me an RMA number and a UPS label to return both suits.
I put both suits back in their original packaging, taped the bottom of the plastic (as they had been originally), put them in the original shipping box, circled the two returned suits on the original shipping invoice (this is optional, but I think it helps smooth out the process), and dropped the package off at UPS. The label that the agent created was for regular ground shipping so it took an entire week to get to Overstock's location in Salt Lake City, UT. Unfortunately, the delivery of the shipment was unavoidably delayed by 1 day because of bad weather in Salt Lake City. The same day that the package was delivered, I received two emails from Overstock.com with the full refund amount (minus the $7 for return shipping). I was not charge any restocking fee, or deduction for "used" clothing, or for any errant "hair" found on the clothing.
Although based only on one instance of returning items and receiving a full refund, it seems that Overstock.com has improved its return policy and the process of issuing refunds. Of course, I could be wrong and YMMV, but I thought it important to have a positive review on this issue which has been a sticking point for the majority of reviewers here. It seems that the return process works well if you take over-and-above steps to do the returns
