I RECEVED A DIFECTIVE HARD DRIVE CALL THEM TO GET ANOTHER ONE AND THEY HAVE NO MORE SO THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS THEY RECIVE THE HARD DRIVE BACK SO I'M SENDING IT TODAY 01-24-11
